Family owned custom home builders in Madera since 2019

One licensed builder for your whole custom home, from bare lot to move-in day

Courtney draws the plans, Nick builds them, and the two of them stay on your project from the first quote through the final walkthrough. One family covers the drawings, the house, the pool, and everything in between.

Free quote, no obligation, and an owner of the company is the one who calls you back.

Everything the build needs, under one license

The house plans, custom homes, modular designs, swimming pools, multi-family buildings, and remodels all sit under the same general contractor, so the trades get sequenced by the person who is accountable for the finish date. You keep one number in your phone, and you get an answer the first time you ask instead of being handed between companies.

How a project with us works

Four steps, and you know where your build stands at every one of them without having to ask.

  1. Step 1: Free quote

Call or send the form and tell us about the property, the budget you are working with, and what you picture. The quote costs nothing.

  2. Step 2: Planning

Courtney drafts the plan in house, from one we already own or from a blank page, and we coordinate the permitting side of it.

  3. Step 3: Construction

Licensed, bonded, and insured crews build the home, pool, or property, and you get regular status updates as the work moves.

  4. Step 4: Completion

We coordinate with the other trades and related projects to hit the deadlines and hand over a finished property on schedule.

Drafted in house

We draw your plans ourselves

Courtney Salinas drafts every Almond Grove Homes plan, so the person drawing your house is the same person talking to Nick about how it gets built. Start from one of our own plans, adapt it to your lot, or go fully custom from a blank page.

What working with a family owned builder gets you

Six things a homeowner feels every week of a build, and the reasons our clients keep sending us to their neighbors.

  • You talk to the owners, every time

Nick and Courtney Salinas are your direct point of contact from the first quote through completion, so nothing gets lost between a call center and a crew.

  • Licensed for the build and the deal

CSLB #1095957 covers general building, swimming pools, and electrical signs. DRE #02054090 covers the real estate side, so buying the lot and building on it stay one conversation.

  • One contractor instead of four

Custom homes, modular homes, pools, multi-family, remodels, and commercial tenant improvement all come from the same license, so there is nobody left to blame each other.

  • Decisions made on site, the same day

We are based in Madera, minutes from most of our jobsites, so a question that would stall another builder for a week gets settled while we are standing in the room.

  • You never have to chase an update

Status updates come to you as the work moves, so you always know what happened last week and what is happening next.

  • Built the way you want it built

We are a small family business, not a tract builder, so your plan does not have to survive a list of approved options before it gets framed.

Where we build

Madera is home base, and most of our jobsites are a short drive from it, which is exactly why we can be there when it matters.
